- ✦ Spelling is replicated exactly as you enter it — please double-check before ordering.
- ✦ Dates can be written in any format — DD.MM.YYYY, Month Year, etc.
- ✦ Basic symbols and punctuation are supported. Emojis are not.
- ✦ Leave the field blank if you want an un-engraved version.
Delivery Times
All orders are made to order. Standard production is 3–7 business days depending on the piece, after which items are shipped via tracked courier (1–3 business days domestically).
Free Shipping
Orders over $150 qualify for complimentary tracked shipping. Under that threshold, a flat $9.95 shipping fee applies.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is personalised to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the piece arrives damaged or with an error on our part. Please review your engraving text carefully before placing your order. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issues.
Can I preview my engraving before it ships?
We send a digital proof via email before engraving begins. You'll have 24 hours to request changes. After approval, the piece goes into production.
What if I make a typo in my engraving?
Once you approve the proof, we cannot make changes. If an error is on our side (we misread your text), we'll re-engrave or replace the item at no cost.
Is the packaging suitable for gifting?
Yes — all pieces arrive in our signature gift packaging (velvet pouch, ribbon-tied box, or wooden presentation box depending on the item), ready to give.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production (1–2 business days) is available for most items for an additional fee. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
